Our general stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Despite the breakfast experience being different to normal buffet service, due to the COVID19 restrictions. There wasn't much of a choice for breakfast and table service was reasonable. There was only a gluten free option for bread and cereal and fruit was limited to only apples. A pre packed English continental breakfast in a box. The noise level during the evening's was heard from the nearby rooms, and dog barking throughout one night.

My massage was completed be Isia and was amazing. He listened to what areas I had problems with and spent the time working out those knots. He also made me feel relaxed and confident in his abilities. If I didn't live so far away I would book in regularly with him.

Place was exceptionally clean, staff were attentive and friendly. We had a lovely cream tea prior to our manicure. Lisa who did our manicures for us was lovely, talkative and efficient. We had a lovely time.

Lisa and Alice were both amazing, extremely friendly and put us all at ease straight away. All 4 of us really enjoyed our treatments, products are gorgeous. All covid measures in place. Thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience.
