The Spa pools and changing rooms are filthy! The tiny shower cubicle in the tiny changing room was mouldy. The floor in the changing g room was wet and dirty. The pool by the bar was clean but the whole facility downstairs was filthy and needs a good re-vamp.

We arrived a little late but the staff were great and held our treatment time.The spa was closed from 2pm that day but we were compensated with free parking and a £20 refund for the lack of spa access. The room was over the kitchen so quite noisy, we didn't sleep well at all! The evening meal was okay however our first waitress was friendly but we didn't see her again as she was replaced with an older gent we got the impression we were an inconvenience he only crackedasmilewhenthebillwasdue

The facilities and treatment were great! the lunch service was a bit hit and miss and disorganised. Though the waitress was lovely and very apologetic, it seemed the kitchen and management had very poor time management and communication with the staff. Lunch took near three hours for a relatively straightforward two-course meal choice.

The ladies that did the massages were brilliant felt so relaxed the spa part could have been a bit cleaner in-between tilea and round looked grubby shame no loungers to relax on no robes or slippers offered just a towel the afternoon tea was good n lady serving brilliant asset to team
