Hotel is situated in a great spot. 5 minutes walk to a lovely sea front. Everyone we met at the hotel went out there way to make us feel welcome. Food was great. Spa room swimming pool ect was nice and relaxing. We had half hour massage with grace and another lovely young lady. They both went out there way to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Had a lovely spa day. Nice pool, jacuzzi, relaxation rooms etc. Treatment rooms were lovely and so was the massage. Lunch was great and in a relaxing atmosphere

Arrival/reception was not a good experience, didn't manage the number of people cramming into such a small area. Not particularly welcoming, not given reasonable instructions on locker use, no managing of facilities usage, overstaying in jacuzzi which attendant told us to sort with perpetrators. Male changing insufficient size and floor flooded. Thankfully the massage was excellent in all respects.
