I had a back neck and shoulders which was wonderful just wanted it to be longer 🤩 My daughter had a facial which she loved but that wasn’t what we booked. However we would definitely come back again as the experience as a whole was wonderful thank you

On arrival confusion about our booking, saying it wasn't booked, then it was but just a massage, then we were hotel guests which we weren't.... Man in spa reception abrupt and not very helpful insisted I showed my voucher number (good job I had kept it as I had already given it when booking) No gown or slippers given-apparently didn't come with our package (had done previously when visited so didn't have with us) £5 per dressing gown to hire, £1 pair of slippers which slipped on wet floor
