Service-Not impressed with the service in the restaurant slow , Staff miserable Not attentive don’t look as if they want to be there
The receptionist gave a warm welcome and explained all the facilities great asset to the company however the spa facilities are dirty and not working properly
Overall very disappointed with the experience as it should’ve been a relaxing Spa day unfortunately nothing was working

The spa package was really good value for money .. Three course dinner/ breakfast , cocktail / sparkling wine with meal , 25 minute treatment and use of all facilities.. such a bargain!! ( Girls night in)

Absolutely disgusting facilities the grit and dirt in the jacuzzi was immense you could actually see it settled on the bottom there was hair on the walls in the steam room it stunk of cabbage and the grouting on the walls need a deep clean and the list goes on but I’d be here all day writing what’s wrong! The place needs shutting down an absolute waste of money and spending time being disappointed in there. I’m desperate need of a revamp

The pool in the conservatory was lovely despite children's swimming class taking a lane also a bit noisy. The pool in the cellar was a bit old fashioned and not suitable to do lengths. Aromatherapy room not very smelly!? The changing room was too small and shower had mildew on ceiling and in corners.
the massage was OK but I mentioned two points and she didn't really focus on them.
