I had a back neck and shoulders which was wonderful just wanted it to be longer 🤩
My daughter had a facial which she loved but that wasn’t what we booked. However we would definitely come back again as the experience as a whole was wonderful thank you

On arrival confusion about our booking, saying it wasn't booked, then it was but just a massage, then we were hotel guests which we weren't....
Man in spa reception abrupt and not very helpful insisted I showed my voucher number (good job I had kept it as I had already given it when booking)
No gown or slippers given-apparently didn't come with our package (had done previously when visited so didn't have with us) £5 per dressing gown to hire, £1 pair of slippers which slipped on wet floor

The place was lovely and the treatment was amazing. The food was great too.
The person behind the desk in the spa really annoyed us. He was rude and unhelpful. He was annoyed and rolled
eyes when we asked a question about how to get to the swimming pool upstairs. He was grumpy on arrival and on our exit. He didn't even bother speaking to us when we were leaving and asked for our keys back (deposit for towels),just pointed and grunted towards to towel bin. Couldn't wait to get rid of us
