the pool was very cold, the steam room wasnt turned on the facilities in the ladies changing rooms were very poor and discussing the bar man was rude and sarcastic!!! the afternoon tea was fabulous and the waitress was excellent and very smiley and helpful

Easy access to the hotel. Limited parking available on site. The room was functional, clean, and tidy. Standard hotel room fair. Staff very helpful. Staff shortage in dining room so bit of a delay with getting food orders, not their fault though, they worked as quick as they could. Spa small but lovely and relaxing. Steam room didn't seem to be working very well, not at all steamy! Massage was great; it really worked out those kinks, and Ana was very attentive and friendly. Thumbs up overall.
