I was pleasantly surprised to see that the spa was not over full with too many customers and all the rooms were empty at times when we used them. The therapist was so kind and helpful and really gave me the massage I had needed for such a long time.
The afternoon tea was nice perhaps a little too much custard selection and no chocolate. But otherwise delicious and warm scones :) Was overall very pleased with the experience and will be booking in again soon

Myself and my friend were meant to have our massages at the same time with 2 therapists. One went off sick and Ana had to do both. She could have just done a perfunctory quick rub down, but she was incredible. She was knowledgeable and skilled, it was actually the most targeted and helpful massages I have ever had. You are very lucky to have Ana working at your spa. I would go to her every week if I lived closer.
