We was on a girls spa day and had a lovely day , we all said how lovely the lady was and how she did so well being on her own as someone was off sick also found out she only started day before so well done you did grand

Bad experience trying to sort anything before the booked date (unable to get through on the telephone & not great at returning calls) also
Unable to have the treatments we asked for, although the treatments we had were very nice. Also disappointed with management (office based) not very helpful and I was told treatments are subject to availability and is stated on the site (not that I could find!) he did offer a refund but after all the hassle, no, poor attitude to situation, will not return!

The hotel is lovely. Good facilities, friendly staff, and good food. The breakfast was help yourself, and had a great selection of cooked or cold food.
The room we had was spacious, clean and the bed was lovely and comfy.
Bathroom was clean, spacious and very modern.
I would stay there again.
