When we first checked in the man wasn’t very welcoming. Felt uncomfortable said there were no lockers spare. Went to the changing rooms which were very small only two so had to wait. Saw there was a locker so went back to him and said and gave me the key chucked Pound at me and said to return the pound after we’d finished. The pool spa area was lovely but had nowhere to put robes etc as very little seating.
The massage and ladies were absolutely great.

Our spa day was just what was expected, the facilities were lovely, the afternoon tea was fresh and tasty. I have a full body massage which was done by Jodie, she was very friendly and made sure that the pressure was right for me, it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be coming back again soon.
