We stayed for 2 nights & had a wonderful time. Every member of staff had a smile on their face and was happy to do whatever you asked. The spa area is lovely - the only thing missing is a few loungers in the pool area. I had a Swedish massage with Jacqui. She really listened to what I asked for and was happy to adapt her treatment to my wishes. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Had a wonderful day with my daughter at the spa , enjoyed a lovely lunch in the pleasant dining area , light and airy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Jaqui was wonderful doing our massage and facial , a very relaxing time thoroughly enjoyable.

I head a really lovely day. Ruby who did my massage was fab, my shoulders especially have never felt so relaxed! Lunch was lovely, as was the spa. We keep coming back to the West Cliff as it gets a a lovely all round experience. Thank you.
