I really enjoyed my time at the Westcliff and would like to visit again. Great massage and facial too with Elemis products which are lovely. Lunch included as well as we were treated by my son. Good choice of food at lunch which was freshly cooked and piping hot. Really would like to repeat our experience.

Quite disappointed with our spa day experience. We arrived and were told the changing facilities were being refurbished so we needed to change in the poolside changing rooms upstairs, no individual cubicles, lockers didn't work. Collected robes and slippers, which I paid extra for, to be told no slippers. We had to walk around the venue, including bar area, bare footed. Sauna wasn't working, disabled access not great, ventilator in spa pool too cold. However, food and drinks were nice in bar.

Our treatments were bought forward which was fine by us. Did feel a little rushed, after care wasn't that great, but overall happy with massage
