I would say the actual changing area was really small and not enough toilets,there was only one for the amount of people using these,the shower was filthy as well in means of alot of hair left in the grate and I think the shower head needs updating as it leaked when turned on,we had a lunch included in our deal which was nice but not alot of vegetarian choices for a member in our group or colder choices like wraps or sandwiches it was like having an evening meal at lunch time

The treatments themselves were lovely, but the room was so cold I couldn’t relax, as a busy mum of three I was really looking forward to this I had it brought for me for Xmas, this was the first and only opportunity I have had in over a year to go out on my own for a length of time

Great ambience in the spa and lots of relaxation spaces to experience.
The massage was wonderful, we both felt so much better and relaxed afterwards.
The food in the hotel was delicious and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a treat for my daughter and her carer. They had 2 treatments booked for the same time with 2 different therapists. The day before I got a call to say a therapist had gone sick, these things happen. So sadly understood one treatment had to be cancelled. I was told both were cancelled as they had a party of 6 staying and they had come further so everyone’s treatments had been rearranged and unfortunately both of the girls treatments had to be cancelled to accommodate others
