I had a lady called Jodie who was excellent and made me feel very relaxed and at ease.
My partner had a lady called Grace who was not so warming and needed to work on her personal skills a bit better

Lisa was the best part, the swimming pool from the spa don’t look like very clean the staff didn’t really care about the customer we need to ask everything thing we were lost …., I was expecting more…..

If you are hoping for a “spa”, this will be very disappointing. It’s more like when there is a “spa” in your gym - but even that would be better. The pool is tiny and 3ft deep with a few adjoining rooms - the “aromatherapy cave” smells of absolutely nothing. There is a sauna and a steam room but they weren’t clean. The jacuzzi was so murky we didn’t dare go in. The whole place is crumbling down and there were loose tiles on the floor. Massages were okay but not great. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
