Main problem was it was too busy, the spa is small so with lots of people we had no access at all to the relaxation room, the Jacuzzi was constantly busy and it was very disappointing that the steam room we particularly like was closed. The changing room is very small, 1 shower is not enough and it needed better cleaning.
However, it was Easter. The spa staff were very nice and the lunch and waiter was outstanding. We were impressed with lunch.We should have used the bigger pool upstairs, empty!

Visited on Saturday 4th April 2026. Very excited to visit here with some mum and daughter time. Very disappointed of the condition of Spa. Very run down and needs attention. Not clean in the spa or surrounding areas. Water in pool and jacuzzi very dismal. facial however was great, lovely girl and totally relaxing. Food was great. Wouldn't attend the Spa again and wouldn't recommend

Afternoon tea, lovely but did not get my glass of bubbly that was included.
Facilities, very good but changing room small.
Staff generally were very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent second stay at The Westcliff Hotel.
Beautifully appointed twin room & exceptionally clean.
Really great evening meal, every course was exceptional, and served with care and a smile. Lucky to have had live music and 1/2 price fizz too!
Great breakfast with everything you could want.
45 mins back, neck & shoulder massage was perfect and the spa facilities were very much enjoyed. Will visit again.
