We had a lovely day at the spa. The lunch was great and the upstairs pool was a nice size. The sauna and steam rooms were nice but definitely could have done with a clean. The massage was very relaxing and the lady was really nice but the massages were too gentle for us. We really wanted to be able to get rid of some of our knots but it felt like more of a relaxing stroke rather than a massage. Had a great day overall and all staff were friendly.

The treatments we received from the therapists were first class,mine was exceptionally good she was so friendly and did a first class job.
However we found the pool cold, and the floors were grubby, the changing rooms weren’t that clean and very little room to move around and limited changing rooms with some having broken locks. Also whilst having the treatments and trying to relax the fire alarm went off and had to get up ready to evacuate. Ruined the day.

I thought it was lovely and very relaxing. Everything was clean. The only thing I could mention is that we weren't offered robes . I think it would be nice to have the option to have one other than that Everything was great!
