Had a fabulous time at the hotel. Enjoyed a few drink whilst waiting for our treatments. The experience was very professional all the therapists were lovely. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and the treatments were very relaxing. Would definitely recommend coming here to my friends and family xx

Hotel looked v rundown. £99 Spa break, plus £7 parking and £12 to hire robes. Massage itself was ok, would have been better if therapist could reach all round the bed not just from one side. Not much interaction. No luxury or pampered feel. Ladies changing rooms were cramped, locks not working generally grubby. Aromatherapy cave didn't smell v pleasant. Lunch was fine and service was just ok, certainly not somewhere I'd book again for a relaxing spa experience.

The treatments we both received were wonderful. We both said that they were some of the best we have had.
The afternoon tea was lovely too.
The spa however was dark and dingy with cold water and in definite need of being updated. The changing rooms are small, unclean, insufficient for more than two people at once and generally unacceptable.
