A really great experience. The Spa was lovely and looked so relaxing. Attentive staff and Grace was friendly, welcoming and efficient. I'll certainly use them again.

Terrible hotel with staff that have no knowledge and pure lack of information on arrival! Hotel pool was closed due to not having enough chlorine for Spa. Paul was absolutely freezing along with a broken steam room and a cold sauna! Wouldn’t return!

To start with the bed set up was uncomfortable with a rolled towel pressing on my throat, the massage was not to the usual standard for this spa, no pressure and muscles not worked or relaxed and I stayed on my front for the whole hour causing neck and shoulder strain and felt I should of been asked to turn over to reach all parts of my legs, disappointed with my full body massage.
The relaxation room was not comfortable to lie down on without the soft coverings.
