The Spa is aged and not an inviting place. My massage was average the sauna is very
small. I did not use the jacuzzi I was concerned about the water quality as it was full of foam.

I enjoyed my massage and Aga was great but I did not end up entering the Spa. Even though I had been kindly offered (via email) the option to use the Spa (at a cost of course) , upon arrival this was declined (even though I shared the email) and I was told that it could not happen.
I therefore had my massage and left. Not the 'spa experience' I was looking forward to at all.
Sadly I have had no reply from the Spa and will not return here.

Really lovely spa day and relaxing experience. Food was great and massage and facial were excellent. Gel manicure lifted after a day and no hand and arm massage included as advertised. Hotel quickly resolved with a 50% refund. Would definitely return
