The hotel was welcoming and clean. Bar staff were attentive and catty. Spa was good. Our dinner was lovely and there is a relaxed atmosphere in both restaurant and Spa. Our treatments were fantastic. A really enjoyable day

Good food and spa facsitiles but very poor changing room which let it down also I have never had to pay for a robe before and the slippers that you could not wear as they where dangerous.

My treatment was late, due to the therapist having to go and photocopy some more consultation forms. My friend did not enjoy her facial because she felt unsafe on the bed as it kept moving.
