Was a lovely day, wasn’t to impressed with hot tub closing halfway through day, massage was great, lunch lovely just a shame the floor a bit of a hazard especially when you have a bad leg

Lovely staff, went above and beyond! Gabi especially in the hotel restaurant was so lovely! Would definitely recommend this hotel, not only for the stay but for the food, spa treatments and the exceptional hospitality!☺️

Room dated and dust clearly visible on side tables, bulbs out in bathroom, view shocking, kitchen vents woke us for 5:30am, in the bar draft beer flat, for a virgin experience so bad.

Another fantastic day at Westcliff Hotel. These spa days are so great that we have made it a regular thing, something to look forward to a few times a year, a developing tradition... Highly recommend.
