Hotel was lovely and clean as was most of the spa area. However, female changing room was incredibly small with only one toilet , one shower and two changing cubicles and very limited other changing space and few lockers. Pool lovely as were sauna, steam room and two other rooms. Lovely massage,

The therapist was not Katy it was Lacey & she was so lovely. A very friendly but professional manner & the massage & facial treatments were excellent. The receptionist in the Spa on our arrival was so reassuring immediately putting us at ease and making us feel welcome. The two course lunch was also excellent. Well cooked, nicely presented and our waiter was great. Would thoroughly recommend this Spa
