The facial treatment was great but the Spa needs updating and cleaning. The pool was cold, the steam room wasn’t steamy, the changing rooms were small and the shower in there was not inviting and had black mould on the door etc. We used the facilities once on our stay but not tempted to use again as it felt dirty and uncomfortable. A charge for using robes seemed cheeky as they are complimentary usually, especially if you use the big pool which was upstairs through reception towards the lounge.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the showers in the men’s changing rooms in both SPA and Swimming Pool both of which had black mould and requires updating.Also the Steam room lacked ‘Steam’ so did not stay in there.

The spa was nice but the rest of the space felt dirty around the pool and in the changing room. The treatments were nice but far too short to have any real impact. Probably not worth it.
