Naomi is a joy to be around, so lovely and calming. She is very knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away as I was quiet nervous at first but there was nothing to worry about. I was quite nervous to get my first session of laser tattoo removal however Naomi was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease straight away. The pain was not as bad as I thought either as it was over very quickly and she used a cooling system. The results have been great after just one session I am so happy to have started my tattoo removal now as it has been something that I have been unhappy with for along time and struggling with having it on show as it makes me feel insecure.
