The lady who did my wax was lovely, and she was *super* quick which was impressive, she also kept me chatting to distract me which was nice. However wax could have been neater / more thorough for five stars as were some stray hairs etc.
Got a last minute wax as my previous therapist cancelled, so was overjoyed to be seen. However I still left with small hairs on bikini which I did inform I could see. I felt more attention could have been paid instead of trying to get it over and done with.
This was my second visit. Bounce hair and beauty is really easy for parking. Staff are very welcoming and approachable. The setting is very clean and boujee (just how i like it) Very nice and calming.
Suzie and the team are very nice! Exactly what I wanted from the treatment, thank you!!! X
