Really relaxing treatments. The facial was thorough, I really loved the steam and extractions and the massage left me relaxed and calm
Booked for an eyebrow shape and tint. I explained that I wanted my brows to look natural, angular (but not angry birds) but noticeable (my natural brows are very blonde and I have to pencil them in). The end result was perfect. I'll definitely go back. I was dubious after reading some reviews but my experience was great.
I have to say I read some bad reviews left this week just before my visit today… but I had nothing to worry about! Sarah listened to and delivered exactly what I asked for! Very pleased with the final result. ❤️
Facial was more painful than relaxing and I’m left quite red following it. It was quite bright in the room and not the best ambience.
Sarah was very lovely, but unfortunately I think was inexperienced with cutting hair. She went straight in and cut my entire hair against one line (no segmenting of my hair at all). Frustratingly my hair is cut wonky, with one side of the front of my hair a good cm or two shorter than the other. Lovely hairdresser, but a shame about the cut.
