I booked a 10am appointment. Arrived at 10, and there was one member of staff, who was just starting to cut someone’s hair. Another customer and I both had 10am appointments. She called a colleague to say there were two customers waiting (I know this because I overheard - no information was passed to us as customers). The staff member who was due to do my waxing and the other lady’s eyelashes arrived at 10:15 and informed me it would be another 15-20 mins to wait for the wax to heat. I abandoned the appointment and left to go elsewhere. All in all, a waste of everyone’s time !

Mary did a very good job on my hair,very satisfied with the colour!curly blow dry didn’t last long. Ok ambience although owner of the place upset about me booking through Treatwell with a price she does not offer on a saturday(although slot booked through the app)... to make up her price she made me pay £15 for a mask that I wasn’t expecting to be so expensive! Well done to Mary but owner should clarify with treatwell about prices,terms and conditions!

The ladies were very sweet and generous. The lady who did my nails, Tamara, was very attentive and precise. Treatwell need to be clear that a gel nails pedicure isn’t a full pedicure as the salon normally charges a full pedicure for a higher price. Nevertheless the ladies at the salon were generous and gave me full pedicure experience for the same price.
