I’ve been to Bottega salon many times before and always had a great experience, but last time I had my hair done with a different person which lacked good customer service. I asked her the difference between ash and warm colours and she basically said: “ash is ash and warm is warm” with a bad attitude and her attitude was very negative from the beginning. Maybe she was having a bad day, but please bear in mind that providing good and kind customer service is also part of the experience.
