I had to return for my haircut to be rectified as another stylist at the salon had not understood what I had requested or my hair genetics. I had to have uneven fringe, sides and back evened out. They were apologetic for the mistake but 'the stylist must of been having a bad day' is not a valud excuse. Nicolo has done a good job of making it better and at least hair grows.
Booked with Nicolo 'system' changed this to Beata. This was my 1st time at the Salon after my stylist of 8yrs changed careers. I shared notes of what my hair needed for my sleek Aline bob. On being shown the finished result all looked ok, except the front being a little short. When I got home the fringe, sides and back were uneven due to the nature of my naturally wavy and frizzy having settled. She did not take this into account. Photos were sent and I was offered it rectifying with Nicolo.
I booked a haircut specifically with Nicolo, but on arrival I was told I would be seen by a different stylist due to an issue with the app. The haircut itself was good. However, I had deliberately asked for a very minimal cut, as I was unsure who I would be seen by. I was told it was not possible to reschedule with Nicolo at his next availability and no alternative solution such as a credit or refund was offered. Despite an apology, I was left with no real choice. Very disappointing.
