Room cold. Towels were stained. Therapist left me for about 5 or 6 mins after using a wet flannel to wipe over back due to oils not being ready. I was cold due to being made slightly damp I felt cold throughout all of the treatment Facial scrub left my face very red even though I had put sensitive on the form. Floor mats were dirty and I saw Dettol spray cans near the door on the floor they were either empty or out of place I would not go again Therapist was friendly and welcoming.

I confirmed with Guy at beginning of the session that it was deep tissue massages, he confirmed it. But then gave me a massage that was less massage and more putting lots of different balms on me. This caused my skin to itch.
It was not a massage at all. I will not be going back. A waste of £60.
