Luiz was a breath of fresh air in a very dull Knightsbridge. He was so welcoming and chatty and talked to me about my hair cut. No to mention funny. And I was the only one so we cracked open a bottle of bubbles!

I highly recommend it, super cozy environment you are treated like a real queen, top quality products, I am in love with this place! I did a manicure and Luiz recommended me a treatment with Olaplex, my hair came back to life! Now they do facials too, I'm looking forward to doing a “Sculpt and Tone”!
