I tried to call the salon about 10 times the day before and early on the morning of my appointment to tell them I won‘t be able to make it on time because the tubes are not running and trying to reschedule - no one picked up and only called back after my appointment was due.

Afsanah was incredible, from my first interaction at the door, through to her warm and gentle approach to the consultation she put me instantly at ease.
She reviewed my face, gave me a realistic outcome of what to expect from treatment, and what she couldn’t fix - the honesty was appreciated.
As she prepared the treatment she showed me her opening up everything in sterile bags, the names and brands of everything being used, and the treatment went perfectly.
