First time getting a Brazilian wax and I was really happy with Jem's work - very thorough, quick and efficient, and the wax itself was not as painful as I expected. Jem was really friendly and professional, she explained all the steps as she was going along, and really put me at ease. I enjoyed chatting with her and would absolutely recommend.
