Jem was very friendly and professional. The room is quite small, but got everythign you need, plus bed ias always nicely done with fresh towels and rose petals. You also get nice, relaxings music and great smell from candles/sticks. Leg waxing was qood and Jem also offered a free return visit to catch any bits she may have missed within 3 days of the original treatment. Was there 2 times already and would defenitely come back again.

The place looks nice and the relaxing music was much appreciated but I would have liked a different type of shape for my eyebrows. The waxing was done well but I have had better shapes.
I still recommend the place.

Masseuse felt very rushed the entire time probably because she was running late, but didn't relax me. Wasn't asked if there were areas I wanted her to avoid, and there were so I had to interrupt a couple of times. Pressure was good and she was a nice lady, just not that impressed overall.
