This was my first wax in a while thanks to the pandemic. Jem was as professional as ever and my wax was perfect as always. I had no concerns going as Jem's hygiene standards were already at Covid-19 level beforehand, just an additional hand sensitisation for me was the only difference, Jem always wears gloves & a mask anyway. 5 stars every time!
