This was my first wax in a while thanks to the pandemic. Jem was as professional as ever and my wax was perfect as always. I had no concerns going as Jem's hygiene standards were already at Covid-19 level beforehand, just an additional hand sensitisation for me was the only difference, Jem always wears gloves & a mask anyway. 5 stars every time!

Jem was so lovely and put me at ease right away. However we started 10 minutes late and overran by 20 minutes. The wax didn’t feel very methodical - when I got home I found there were quite a few patches of hair on my legs that had been missed. I’d asked for a bikini line only instead of a Brazilian but sort of ended up with a Brazilian anyway, and unfortunately it was off centre! Love the atmosphere at Calm but won’t be going back to Jem sadly.
