Best wax ever! Jem is personable and professional. I was extremely impressed at the treatment here - she implemented safety measures for both covid and to check for allergies. The whole experience was surprisingly relaxing, a nice spa-type environment, and it was the least painful wax I've ever had (full leg + hollywood). I can't flaw the end results, Jem was very thorough and attentive. Highly recommend
