The venue in which the massage takes place is called 'Calm on Canning Street' not 'Boracay Health & Beauty' which is good to know to avoid confusion on where to go. Jem is really friendly and calm and will just let you relax during the massage, no chatting required if you dont want to.

Jem is a fantastic professional and such a pleasant person! She is clearly an expert in her craft and just a delight to chat with. I've been going to Jem for waxing for about a year now and I've never had a remotely bad experience. The treatment is very reasonably priced and the place is great very central.
