I really enjoyed my hollywood and underarm wax with Jem. Her premises were small but incredibly clean and she was so expert, taking every to step to be very hygenic throughout the process and explain exactly why she was doing it. She was very welcoming and accommodating, and while she was professional, she also relaxed and was really fun, friendly and casual. It was sore! But she helped me laugh through the pain and I giggled out the door smoother than ever! Thanks Jem, I’ll def be back!
