I give bootcamp Pilates tippy top marks. I get so easily bored at the gym which inevitably results in a lack of motivation to go on a consistent basis. Not only do I enjoy the classes and the wonderful teachers but even going just twice a week has put me in better shape than the gym or a run 4-5 times per week! I've had classes with David, Ben and Paul and I can't recommend them highly enough. Really fun and attentive to any questions, injuries you may have. Highly highly recommended! Natalia and Jo at the front desk are lovely and make this the perfect place!
