The beginner classes are pretty challenging, so of your new to the reformer don't book a standard class. I didn't find the trainers to be super amazing but they were good. Unless your getting the offer, I think the classes are extremely overpriced. If they were cheaper I would however consider trying different trainers and booking a block.

I went for an introductory class , based on the price offer they had on their website. Essentially I wanted to check out Pilates in relationship to its effect on the abdominal area, 'core stability' as they call it. Its a concept relevant in the practice of colonics. I was happy by the relevance of Pilates , as a support to colonics (or vice versa). Colonics release excess tension in the abdominal area, and Pilates strengthens the area. I do think that people already tense in the abdominal area may not be well served simply by Pilates, but thats just a point of view. No complaints about the instructor, clear and precise instructions. Spacious venue. Great ambience.

Great, topnotch service for the price you will pay for! I had fun the first time I went to the place. Their studio is wide and spacious, and can cater to large classes without actually being congested. Their techniques are easy to learn and instructions are accurate. Truly, a great place to be if you want to get fit.

The studio itself is large and spacious and has new reformers and all the other necessary apparatus. I normally do clinical pilates so I am used to precise instructions and I found the first instructor could have made more effort to ensure the correct techniques were being used. the second instructor I found much better however and I thought this class was very good. This studio offers excellent value for money on it's classes.

Not the best building but the location is convenient. Changing rooms are okay not great. I came already in my gear and went home to shower so overall that was good. Equipment seemed new and worked well. Instructor was good but probably didn't give as much individual attention as expected considering it was my first time. I will come back.
