I had an allergic reaction to their stuff, sheets, and oil. I have no idea what caused it exactly; I had never experienced anything like that before. My eyes got swollen, and I ended up in A&E. When the lady finished the massage, I had a strange feeling in my left eye. When I looked in the mirror, I realized my eyelid was swollen so much. When I came out of the room, I didn't complain or anything. They were nice to me. However, I spent £75 for this massage, they didn't let me take the ice pack
