I receive a massage before and after every marathon. I reserved my slot here for after completing the London Marathon. They were so flexible and attentive — I moved my slot back just days before out of concern for arriving late and they were incredibly flexible. Then I did arrive a little late anyway and they honored the full time slot regardless. The therapist was great — made sure to focus where I needed (after 26.2 miles!). While I do not live in London, this is one place where I will return!
