Worst experience I’ve ever had. My 6:45pm appointment was moved to 7:30pm, then I waited until 8pm. Paula said my hair length was perfect but had “issues” with wax and left wax on my armpits for nearly an hour, removing it by picking hairs. She started my Hollywood, then stopped halfway saying I was “too sensitive.” After an hour, only my underarms were done. I left and was only refunded £32 despite most of my Hollywood being unfinished.

I believe a good massage is when you end up falling asleep, even if it’s for 5mins. I fell asleep. I was so relaxed.
