Despite having a booking, Masseuse failed to attend. Unable to be contacted and currently still without a replacement session organized yet I have paid for a service which is not being provided.
Unprofessional and rude are the only descriptives which can be utilized rather than responding to questions upon 'cleanliness'. Need Treatwell insight into Customer Service standards & suitability.
