This was my first ever lymphatic drainage massage and honestly… I didn’t expect to walk out feeling this light and relaxed!
From the minute I arrived, I felt so comfortable and looked after. She explained everything, asked about my goals, my lifestyle, what I struggle with & customised the whole session around exactly what I needed!

Paula is lovely, this was my first ever facial. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and my skin felt and looked amazing. Honestly could have fallen asleep there. Paula talked me through what she was doing at each stage. The building is fully accesible with a lift, and the spa is compact but very comfortable, and felt very private. Im looking forward to treating myself and coming to see Paula again.
