Arrived for my first wax and Trish was in a foul mood. She spoke to me so aggressively I left before the treatment could start. Genuinely the most AGGRESSIVE and HOSTILE interaction I’ve ever had in a salon. I was on time for my appointment and could not understand where the animosity came from but given how angry she was I didn’t feel comfortable to be waxed by her.My fiancée went into store to discuss the issue and she refused to speak to him and threatened to phone the police on him. BIZARRE
