Lovely little place. Had a great extraction facial, woman doing it was VERY knowledgable on skin and new exactly what to do with mine on looking at it- impressive since I have very sensitive oily skin (not a good combo). Cons- not really a con but quite poky rooms- doesn't feel that luxurious BUT it feels very clinical (in a good way) so you will feel in very safe hands.
