I was so impressed by my treatment and experience at Bondi. Firstly, the beautician made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and she was very professional, yet friendly. This was one of the main reasons I would go back because of the excellent customer service I received - and it was only her first day! Secondly, the wax that was used was very good for sensitive skin and it was therefore not a painful or uncomfortable experience. The venue itself was nicely presented and there were good magazines to read whilst waiting. It was also very good value to book on a Sunday for the "Sunday Special" price. I would definitely go back. Thank you Bondi!

I liked the aesthetic of the salon. But i arrived and the staff appeared stressed and rushed off their feet. I did not find them very polite with not having any eye contact. And the lady who did my treatment was not very friendly and did not appear interested in making me feel comfortable or listen to my answers to her small talk questions. The treatment had good results.
