I was hugely disappointed with my facial. On entry, no drink was offered and they ran behind. During my facial, the lady disappeared for quite a long time and left the room part way through whilst I had a mask on my face. There was barely any neck, shoulder or scalp massage. And no drink following th facial. I won’t be returning.

Had a spray tan here and thought the beautician was great. She really took her time and made sure I was happy. Unfortunately my hands and feet ended up a bit overdone but I’d still go back again.
