The facial itself was really nice and left my skin feeling soft and clean. The lady was thorough and professional. However, she didn’t explain what products she was using or why she was doing, or what the desired effect was at any stage which kind of left you a bit in the dark. Also the room was not comfortable due to a very very loud ticking clock on the wall - relaxing the clock and adding relaxing music (not just played from a phone) would have made it a more relaxed environment.
