Poor - Aliana arrived just when the appointment was due and I could see she was rushing. The wax was done in a really rushed way and frankly was very painful - I think to save time she was removing large patches of hair all at once. Never had a wax like this before. She did not do a good job and it was patchy at best when it was finished. I honestly just wanted to get out of there and couldn’t be bothered to point out she hadn’t done a thorough job.
